Macharia-Mwangi & Njeru Advocates was originally known as Macharia Njeru Advocates. The Firm was founded in 1993 by Mr. Macharia Njeru and has grown from a one man Firm and to-date boasts of Eight (8) Advocates two (2) of whom are Partners,four (4) legal assistants and fourteen (14) support staff. The Firm was founded on the ethos of efficiency, honesty and pro-activeness in dealing with clients’ matters. This has not changed. The Firm has committed itself to observing high standards of professionalism and integrity and strict observance of the rule of law.
The Firm has two Departments namely commercial and conveyancing of the first part and litigation of the other. We ensure all round availability to our clients and strive to act with reasonable dispatch when instructed. Amongst our clients are large corporates, Banks and financial institutions, microfinance organizations, parastatals, public and private companies, insurance companies, foreign investors, charitable organizations, entities of different registration regimes and numerous individuals. The partners have served in Boards of Public and Private Companies, charitable organizations and Presidential Government task forces.

The Firm believes in being a responsible Citizen and supporting social initiatives for the betterment of human kind. We have in the last two years rendered monthly financial support to Hope Babies ministries home an orphanage in Nairobi tending to abandoned infants. We have recently commenced provision of financial support to education of disadvantaged children. It is our hope that some of them will grow to being reputable lawyers!
