He is an Advocate in the commercial, conveyancing and Property LawDepartment of the Firm. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University in the Year 2012 and thereafter undertook the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law for his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. William joined the Firm as a Pupil in February 2014 and successfully completed his pupilage in August 2014.He was admitted to the roll of Advocates in March 2015 andsubsequently retained as such by the Firm.

William’s main areas of Practice include dealing in Commercial and Conveyance matters drafting and reviewing Agreements for Sale, Transfers, Commercial Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Loan Agreements, Legal Charges, Debentures, Deeds of Guarantee and other Bank Security Documents. He offers legal advice on incorporation of Companies, effecting change of directorship and shareholding in Companies and other related Company transactions.
